Each workout starts with a quick warm up for 5 minutes followed by a designed workout for 40-45 minutes ending with a cool down for 5 minutes. You can choose to do any of the fun workouts at the comfort of your home and convenience. Schedule your workouts in advance to keep yourself accountable.
